Our monthly three seasonal salads for February are now available for drop-off and full-service events. As usual, they focus on the highlights of the small farmers we support, and so their flavors are explosive. Here’s a rundown:

with Koda Farm Chickpeas, Curry Vinaigrette, Mc Grath Farm Pea Tendrils, & Haas Avocados

with Coastal Farm Fennel, Whipped Feta Cheese, & Lemon Thyme Vinaigrette

*p.s. we will add chopped asparagus to this salad once it’s ready for picking mid-February*

    you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with
    some pics to drive the message home a little bit, but instead of that, this is great blog.
