Crostini Stations are our number one seller for Drop-Offs as well as Full Service. I could eat seasonal fruits, spreads on house-made crackers, and cheese every single day myself personally. We like to bring in different cheeses each month because some are seasonal and also because it’s more fun to mix things up. Below you will see our cheeses for May. To see our entire Seasonal Menu, go here.
Drake Family Farm – Ontario, CA
This slightly tangy soft cheese is perfect to roll with spices, nuts and dried fruits, so we always keep it on hand. Remember when we visited Drake Family Farm here to learn more about their farmstead cheeses?
Rogue Creamery – Portland, OR
This rich and complex blue cheese is aged for at least 6 months. The dark, natural rind allows the cheese to release a bit of moisture so that it develops a thick, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth texture and an overall golden hue. It is slightly sweet with hints of both smokiness and fresh grass.
Spring Hill Farm – Petaluma, CA
This is a very special, smoked cow cheese that is not always available. It is richly creamy and decadent. Spring Hill Farm sells at various farmer’s markets throughout California.
Marin French Cheeses – Petaluma, CA
This fresh un-ripened Brie that captures the flavor of fresh, sweet milk and cream with a balanced tanginess.
Cypress Grove – Arcata, CA
Firm sheep’s milk cheese aged 3-6 months. This smooth cheese has a pleasing mellow flavor.
