First Course:  Butter Leaf Salad with Creme Fraich Vinagrette and Soppressata (I love this one!!!)
Second Course:  Eggplant Confit and Sweet Potato Lasagne with Chestnut Honey, Brown Butter and Fleur de Sal Third Course:  Beef Short Rib Agnolotti with
