Rustic Malibu Wedding

How Gorgeous is this location??


Driving up to this Beautiful Wedding guests wound around a little dirt road where a pair of zebras and buffalo and peacocks and camels and a llama roamed the property. It was just stunning and not too far from the city. Check out the venue HERE


We greeted guests with a bunch of tray passes including these Mini Sliders with Roasted Tomato Aioli and House-Made Pickles on Brioche


We started with a Salad Course that was different than originally described because we had gone to the Farmer’s Market and encountered these STELLAR Black Radishes and Hybrid Mustard Green Arugula. Matt paired it with a Warm Vinegrette that made it unbelievably divine


For the Pasta Course we made two types, both big favorites:

Pumpkin Agnolotti with Brown Butter and Sage

&

Slow Braised Short Rib Agnolotti


At the Farmer’s Market we also got some lovely vegetables to roast and some creamy Turnips and Fava Tendrils

Jidori Chicken Roulade stuffed with Cibatta and Sausage

&

Grilled Prime Cap Steak
