A couple months ago we catered a Birthday Party for Dede Allen’s husband. We do a lot of high profile events that I remain emotionally neutral on, but it was on this rare occasion that I was completely star struck as Ms Allen was a Hollywood legend and a groundbreaking editor of an impressive array of very important films, a woman of strength and extraordinary vision. We extend our utmost sympathies to her loving husband, Stephen Fleischman as well as to her other family members and friends.
