This year, Silverlake Conservatory of Music has a new home where they can host their annual fundraiser where anywhere from 400-500 guests attend. This is big news and we were so happy for them! Every other year, they rented their venue as you can see HERE, HERE, and HERE.
They turned the parking lot into the dining room gallery where art was mounted onto walls for guests to bid on.
Each year, there are always lots of appetizers during cocktail hour as guests look at all of the beautiful art.
The kitchen was built in the neighboring bank parking lot with three double deck ovens and three stoves to accommodate the extensive menu for so many guests.
Dinner is always very seasonal and passed around family style.
